Before you write
Most download problems have a quick answer:
- “The link doesn’t work.” Check that the video opens in a private browser window without logging in. Private, deleted and region-blocked videos can’t be downloaded.
- “The download link expired.” Links are valid for about 10 minutes. Paste the TikTok link again to get fresh ones.
- “My iPhone can’t find the video.” Look in the Files app › Downloads, then tap Share › Save Video.
What to include
If something still isn’t working, send us the TikTok link, the device and browser you use (for example “iPhone 15, Safari”), and what you saw on screen. A screenshot helps.
